Does anyone know of a good bonfire (not just fireworks of which there are loads) for 5th November not too far from London or even within London itself if possible though I cannot find any'

Alexandra Palace usually has a big one, not sure if it's on the 5th though, will go and check.
Imber Court always has a bonfire. Might be a bit far out for you though
Nah, it's on the 2nd.
Legoland and Ascot Racecourse both have good fireworks and if you can get into the Grandstand at Ascot you get to watch both sets going off!
There's a big one in Australia at the mo!

There are fireworks everywhere but NO BONFIRES! Does anyone know where there's just a simple BONFIRE - maybe even a Guy. We've seen as many fireworks as we can take - but no one seems to have a nice simple bonfire these days.
