Ebays Email Address

Hi,

I need ebays email address please. I have looked everywhere on the ebay site, but I can only find " live chat" and " telephone us". I want to keep a record, so email seems the best way. I went onto live chat, asked them for the email address, waited 5 mins, then they pulled the plug! what a frustrating site.

Log into eBay, there's a link top right of the page for link for Customer Support, then click Contact Us tab.

Just tried it again, same result. asks me why, is it about fees etc. still no option to "email us"
