when you phone the army recruitment phone number what process takes place? i assume that you are invited to an interview, then assessed and possibly called back for aptitude tests. is this correct? what happens next?
can someone who has been through this (preferably recently) give me a step by step guide up to being in iraq or wherever ie- how long between interviews, how long training lasted etc.
I'm going back to 1966, but when I joined, the recruitment office I went to gave me an oral and written test, then ferried me (I can't remember where), for a medical, and I was in, all done on the same day. Your not thinking of it are you?,
Boobesque, is there an air of suspicion behind this regarding someone telling you a load of old bo$$cks? (apologies if I have misread your query! I probably have but I am on the cusp of ripping someone's throat out for taking me for a ride, so just wondered!)
nah its a no obligation interview,if you don't like, you don't join. i spent 10 years in the army 1987-1996 i've got 2 brother in laws who have been in iraq.as they say you takes your money you takes your chances but stay away from the yanks (divs)
