Catch Up Tv

I've been away for two weeks, come back and channels such as Dave have gone from the TV Catchup app. Anyone know where? And can I get them somewhere else?

TVCatchup doesn't have the distribution rights to carry Dave's programmes (and Dave isn't in a position to licence them since UKTV has only paid for the broadcast rights and internet rights for use directly by UKTV, which owns Dave):

If UKTV holds the internet rights to Dave programmes they'll appear here:
http://dave.uktv.co.uk/on-demand/
Otherwise there's no legal way of accessing them.

Both someone points it out, yes I do know that 'licence' (above) should have been spelt with an 's' (because it's a verb). I'm allowed a few typos, surely?
