What worries me is that the criminal element of these countries will having nothing to fear from our weak justice system. I am sure they will also do a roaring trade on passports next year.
sandy, they know they we have a very liberal welfare state, have a look at what you could claim for, whilst it may be that other member states would take them in, it may be easier for them to get rid, we seem to have been the patsy in all this shenanigans, come here with your brood and we will stick you in social housing, which should be used for those already paying, contributing to the social pot, not to people who have paid nowt into the UK. I have to unfortunately go to my local council to sort out some problems, as well as GP, and they are both chock full of people from overseas, many unable to speak the language, so translators have to be provided in both, we are fools, and the sooner we vacate the EU and start closing the stable door the better.
Time to just say NO. But as our glorious leaders all live in Ivory Towers inside the protective bubble, things will remain the same. The most worrying aspect is that a lot of these people come from crime-ridden states and so know nothing else. It will take something massive to go wrong before anything is done, but you will maybe see the rise of UKIP and the BNP over the next year or so. People have had enough.
