What are the clues and answers that give you those letters Mra?
The crossword solver says no words fit that pattern....

The R is from Barefoot Doctor (graduate and vicar pay for first aid worker) the S is from Pilates (using roof is deadly after associate replaces lead (anagram of PA SLATES) O is for DZOMO (gong with method of operating that makes female cross - a female DZHO (hybride) is DZOMO) and the H is from XEROMORPH (naturally one drinking little is back for extra in hard times)
