Thank you all very much indeed for your help. The bracket number indicated the number of words in the answer. I very much doubt if the anagram is one word but the quiz doesn't say. I'm guessing No5 may be Malt Whisky or similar. I did manage to get 21 of the other clues but have my doubts if I am right with them all. It's certainly not General Knowledge as I know it! I am brain dead while you have been racking your brains for me.

I would say Scotch Whisky - as Malt is just one type of whisky
