I think, and I really do hope I've got it right, that I have found two sticky toffee puds in the freezer which I can serve with cream.
If I've got it wrong we will be tucking into twice cooked soufflé.....
Mr Cake hates cream with crumble......don't understand the issue myself but there you go....he is a tad odd!

Steamed broccoli
Savoy cabbage stirfried with onion, lardons and garlic
Cider gravy
To be be followed by soufflé.......salmon frigging soufflé........
