Samsung CHAT 335

I have purchased a pay as you go Samsung chat 335 from tesco for my wife. I have put her o2 contract sim card and the phone will not recognise it. Is this something that can be sorted in an o2 store. Very lazy asking the question here in know, but the weather outside is frightful, and the fire is soooo delightful....

Any help would be great - thanks in advance

You've bought a phone that's locked to the Tesco network, so only Tesco SIM cards will work in it.

Ask at the local independent phone shop, or the guy on the local market with the phone stall, or at Tescos if they will unlock it for you, you're going to have to pay which ever way you go...
