Films can often be different lengths due to different "cut" (directors cut, studio cut etc"). Also there can be different lengths depending on cuts that may be made in different countries (US version, UK version, French version etc). And also there may be a cut when it was released on VHS, and other cut for DVD release, another cut for TV release and so on. Few...

And also there may be a cut when it was released on VHS, and other cut for DVD release, another cut for TV release and so on.

Few films ever have one standard length for all markets and media platforms.
