Hi everyone not sure if this is the right place to put this but as theres no section dedicated to fashion/clothes/shoes I thought I'd put it here.
I'm getting married next year and wearing a dress! As I'm far from a girly girl I am wearing ballet pumps with the dress. They are ivory/off white and gorgeous. The problem is I bought what I thought was my size but they are too long.I have tried padding out the toes and heels but this hasnt helped much. The pumps are lacy and semi see through so I cant do the extra pairs of socks trick
I have looked online and seen suggestions to use anti rub tape, heel grips and insoles.I'd like to use a solution that someone on here has tried and tested so I wont waste money on things that wont work.I love the shoes and want to wear them and I cant send them back as they were from ebay
All comments and ideas welcome
TIA lovely AB-ers :D

I ask because mine were at least one size bigger than the listing (and size label) said, they were also from eBay and are ivory see through lace. I am giving them to the local charity shop because all attempts to make them wearable have failed.
