There is a new template for listing, just come in - it says they will automatically list three times for you without having to pay. I've ticked yes for this, at least I don't have to relist myself, it'll automatically relist 3 times. What happens after that, I'm not yet sure!

My understanding is that it is listed again for fee, on the condition that it sells - if it does not sell within the listing period, then you pay the listing fee.
Otherwise you could forever-more list an unsold item for no fee.
I agree with Hymie re the old system, relisting manually could be done once without attracting a fee. I don't know quite how it will work with the new listing system which came in a few days ago, where they offer you the option of 3 free automatic re-listings (although I suspect it's a crafty ploy to get you to forget you've already had your 3, and you get charged for the 4th. we'll see!)
