Creating Labels In Open Office Writer
I want to create a file of address labels that I can print to stick on my Christmas card envelopes. I have set up a page of the correct dimensions for the self adhesive labels that I have and I have typed in the addresses in the boxes. However, and this is where my "idiot question" arises, I cannot seem to get beyond the first sheet of 21 labels (3 across x 7 down) so can someone please tell me how I create a continuation sheet so that I can add a further 21 labels (and so on until I've got all the pages I need).
I have worked around the problem by creating separate files for every 21 labels and calling them "Xmas address labels 1", "Xmas address labels 2", etc but there must be a way to create more than one page per file. Can someone please help? I would like a tidy, elegant way of doing this!

(Note that the WorldLabel, com link in that page goes to US sizes. From there, click on 'Europe and Asia a4 size label templates' to get to the ones that you need).

FAO Buenchico.
I've followed the instructions on the link that you kindly provided and they worked fine. However, I tried the following "simplified version":
Go to the blank space at the right of the first page of labels and press Ctrl+A (Select All) This highlights the whole page.
Then press Ctrl+C (Copy), go to the blank space at the bottom right of the screen and press Ctrl+V (Paste).
Job done!
Repeat as necessary.
Thanks again for your help in pointing me in the right direction.
