Probs with Sky - can u help?

We have a sky box through the telly which we've had for about 6 years now. All channels arer ok but when we switch on to QVC or Biography channel its impossible to watch as it makes a clicking noise throughout and the pic keeps freezing and the talking is stilted - can't be machine I think as the other channels are fine. This is a new development - these two channels were fine up to a week ago. Thanks

ive had this problem before, it could just be that the signal is poor because of bad weather, it should go back to normal in a while though. you could try ringing sky and asking them what the problem is to see if they can help u

you can check the signal strength by pressing services on your remote then follow the options on screen.
