Chevriolet Reverse Light Problem

Chevriolet Kalos - the reverse light is not coming on - have checked the bulb and the fuse which appear to be ok - any idea what the problem could be??

Switch on the gearbox?

Should be somewhere on the outside and easy to get to and replace.

However, the bulb of the reverse light of the car may work properly but sometimes due to few faults in wire connections might result the failure of bulb glowing. So, check whether all the wire connections are well and also check the working condition of the switches.
