think mum's going a bit senile in her old age!


remembers seeing a horror film years ago, problem is all she remembers is


1) it was scary
2) all (or a lot) of the people in it moved around on stilts or skates


any ideas?

Although not strictly a horror movie your two points of description can certainly be applied to Disney's "Return To Oz" in which we find The Wheelers (pic).
