Hi,

i was quietly reading the latest edition of arran cardiagns for men magazine last night when i heard a dreadful wailing noise, thinking it was my car alarm i rushed outside only to trip on my orange b&q bucket and hit my head on Mrs Harris's garden gnome

it later transpired that the shrieking was in fact Miley Cyrus on x factor so i was wondering in today's culture of claim would i have a case?
