in order to preserve the fizz for longest, would you say it is best to completely cover the bottle opening with your mouth - or half cover it, letting air glug in as you swallow?
my instinct says the more air getting through the liquid the more it will kill the bubbles, but it that correct?
I imagine that the ideal way to save the fizz is to pour out the required amount into a tumbler, quickly fill the bottle with clean glass marbles till the remaining lemonade reaches the top of the bottle and then replace the cap.
