A combi !! (sorry,couldn't resist it)
Maybe a drill that also has an hammer action, jj.
Drill and a counter sinker?
A combi drill is a drill that does both drilling and driving. Drilling is the act of boring holes and driving is the act of fastening or driving screws. Combi drills are large, the size and weight of their internal mechanism reflecting the nature of their heavy duty work.

All of a sudden, they seem less exciting.

I thought they might be, say ...

A drill and an MP3 player, or

A drill and a hair dryer.

But, basically, it's a drill, and a slightly different drill?
it screws & unscrews

ax or chainsaw, i say
It's a multi-tool.
Drill/salad spinner/stocking drier/yarn/twister/paint stirrer.
A drill with extra BITS that does anything your heart desires.............

Why not?????
Like I said it was inherited......I am not sharing massage attachments with family members......
a drill and a hairdryer, you'd have to double check the attachments first before switching on
