Radio And All Dials I.e Petrol Gauge,speedometre Etc Stopped Working

sent my 1998 nissan micra si, to a mate, to mend the back wiper and the brake light on the back window which he did and on the way home i realised that neither the radio had sound but lit up so did the dash where all the readings are i.e,petrol gauge clock,milage,speedometre etc it lights up but not one of them is working,he said he didnt touch them although the ashtray has been taken out and that has leads behind,he checked all fuses internal and under the bonnet all seem ok,totally baffled him can anyone please help solve this problem?

Broken wire or disconnected wire perhaps.

Yes great fun. I would suggest that your mate who has likely caused the problem should be the person to have all the fun fixing it :-)
