Diabetic Hba1C A Bit Of A Disaster 77 Despite Being On Meds

Any diabetics here? My HBA1c was 77 in old terms that is about 9% I am on metformin 4 times a day and glipazide twice a day. I think I may be at insulin stage seeing GP on Wednesday.

77mmol is high. 20 to 42mmol is the normal range.

Talk to your diabetic nurse - Mr M asked to be taken off Metformin and put on insulin dispite being needle phobic, he's says it's the best thing he's ever done (apart from marrying me!)
