It is a view often expressed that our own business practices are above reproach, ethically sound, no moral grey areas whatsoever, and so therefore our values are better than those from some ethnic areas. But a moments thought should tell you that this does not hold up under analysis - MP expenses, Dennis McShane, Nadine Dorries, that MP using expenses to pay for the heating of his country estate, for starters. Or how about the Crystal Methodist Mr.Flowers? Or the examples of our utility companies, fined millions by the regulators for misselling utility plans? Or banks having to set aside record amounts in the billions for compensation claims to cover misselling of insurance coverage for loans? Or record fines from the regulators on the banks for rigging the LIBOR rate.
Anywhere you have money, and the means to get more of that by cutting corners and taking advantage you will find cheats, so this issue transcends ethnicity.
