Why do some folk do this sort of thing?
We've walked around locally to see if some numpty has trundled it into the distance, no joy.
Last I heard, was the council charge £60 for a replacement.

Flat recycling is equally mad! We have three bins for recycling between 24 flats! They are always full, so we end up have to dump recylables in our land fill bins, of which we have 24. madness. Come nick my grey bin, we have plenty! lol
