Has anyone see this? As a fan of The Borgias, The Tudors and the like, I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it is terrible. I've never seen a TV Show so drowned out by 'background' music. And the acting....jeez.

I'm assuming this is aimed at teenaged girls so I'm the wrong demographic.

I've watched the first few episodes.

If you watch it as a dramatisation and not as historically correct it's fairly watchable.

I fully understand that. I just found the music irritating, and the inclusion of modern music just made it worse.
