There was a tv programme in the 90's that had the word VIACOM said at the end of the titles. I watched it every week with my sister and her man and we all used to sit there going...VIACOM, in the same deep voice. Any ideas? It was possibly a Wednesday around 5-6pm.

viacom is a tv company so there will be loads of shows that have it at the end.
