also meant to say that our local Morrisons store (down the aisle where the flour and baking stuff are) have the Be-Ro baking book which you can buy, I think, for about 99p

the bero book is an absolute bible, I bought a new copy a couple of years ago and stupidly threw my old copy away, then looking for the recipe for crumpets found it wasn't in the new book so if anyone has the bero recipe for crumpets I would be most grateful.
