How Do You Tell Someone Who Doesn't Want To Listen.

As the title says... how do you get through to someone addicted to the Internet. I'm thinking of a middle age man.

You don't. People with addictions either choose to give up or they don't - sometimes they get to rock bottom before they make the choice to give up. You can't make them or force them to do so.

Has nothing to so with going out with anyone else. Sabotage the internet is no help when people have many appliances that connect to the internet Not me, so divorce not n option feebletoe.

I heard of a case today where a young father is so adicted to online games he has lost his job and missed a family christening as he's rather play the internet.

Apparently is a world wide problem.

China Doll is right. Sometimes a person has to reach the lowest they can go before they pull themselves back. Unfortunately for some this never happens. I hope all will be ok for you and yours.

It's no different to any other addiction really, until the person admits to themselves that the have a problem then there's not much you can do. Is this a follow on from your previous post about Facebook?
