Thank you DTCwordfan. I had asked earlier this morning if there was an e-mail as the whole point of having it on line is so that I don't have to print it off! Also added challenge of the time bonus.

Have complained via e-mail supplied by DTCwordfan. If I don't get I satisfactory response, I may just have to copy in the CEO of Telegraph Media Group whose e-mail just happens to be [email protected]!

don't bother with the prize.puzzle e-mail - all you get back is an automated message thanking you for entering the prize draw. Anyone else got any suggestions?
