I never really saw the entertainment value of watching people going about their daily jobs. Same with the Eddie Stobart programme. They try to jazz it up with exciting music and commentary but it's still just a bloke driving to Cornwall with some planks for a DIY shop...
I must admit with these, I love the feigned amazement at being booked whilst parked in a bus lane for example. Often it is just moving wallpaper to me as I do some other task.
I did use a bus lane in Newcastle once (not realising) and a police car pulled up behind me at traffic lights....asked through the window. Are you a bus?
I had to laugh. He was nice and let me off .
