i read through my link two or three times, to the same newspaper you said, one judge said he had a low risk of offending, yet he has been in trouble since a juvenile back in 2006, he had been here for 8 years, is that what you meant, as i still don't get what the reason is he is still going to be detained here at the taxpayers expense

Your average violent thug can't be expected to realise that barging 86 year old ladies to the ground might do them some lasting harm. The old lady was lucky she wasn,t charged with obstruction.
