Getting an IP Addess

I am looking to develop some small websites on a server in my house. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could go about getting an IP Address. I don't believe my broadband provider can help.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.chances r your ip probably doesnt change that much if u have an "always on" connection, even if it does u can use an app that updates a dns record so u can always use the same address eg: [email protected] even if your ip changes...check out http://dyndns.org
