To Buy Or Not To Buy?

I had a tv go off bang yesterday, it is only a bedroom tv so although it needs replacing it does not have to be immediate, I want to replace it with a smallish (22 or 24 inch) LED flat screen but should I buy now or wait for the January sales?

We bought a Logik 24 in screen DVD combi in white (colour which we wanted) in Currys last week for £149.95 which we thought was a fair price.

The price is not that important but I have seen some at around £129.99 however I will kick myself if I buy now only to find that the same tv would be quite a bit cheaper next month.

Redman's suggestion was a smart TV (internet) which is a bit unnecessary for a bedroom.

At the same price there is this Toshiba 24inch with built in DVD player, free delivery. I got the 22 inch version for my daughter, and it is excellent.

You can get it at excactly the same price at Amazon, but I prefer to avoid them if possible due to their tax avoidance.
