Help!

Cannot stay on answerbank longer than about 5 minutes when I click on different topics as I get a 'freeze', black screen then a message that 'AMD driver failed but has recovered' or something like that and it will do it again a few minutes later.

It ONLY happens on AB never on any others and only over the last week. Any ideas?

What 'set-up' have you got. Make and model of computer/laptop/smart phone or whatever. Operating system (Windows, Vista, W7 or whatever) along with the Browser which you are using.

The more info the better so that AB Techies can assist you.

If it is only happening on AB, I think it has something to do with Internet Explorer. I suggest you try another Browser. You can have as many Browsers as you like and can go from one to the other whenever you like.

My preference is Firefox but Google Chrome is thought to be somewhat better.

I have Windows 7 and use IE11 as my Browser without any problems on AB apart from the site being a bit slow at times.
You might have a Virus, do a Scan just incase
