rest your elbow on the table to steady it while you do that hand

Practice I guess - I can do either hand and it's fine. If you find it hard then maybe just go particuarly slowly when doing your right hand.

You could buy a nail varnish corrector pen or use a cotton bud dipped in nail varnish remover if you get it on your fingers.

Hi pasta, as folly said, rest the arm,
wipe any excess nail varnish off the brush, start in the middle of the nail, then work quickh on both the sides bits.
