Seems Unfair To Me
Arrested over 12 months ago (November 1, 2012), Freddie Starr has been bailed and re-bailed three times this year without charge. Today he was re-bailed again until February 2014.
As I said - seems unfair to me.

And it is reported that she stated ''Sue me - I haven't any money''.
Then amazingly she said she would repeat her claims on oath – and that even if he won, she had nothing worth taking.
What! Even if HE WON! Does that mean he is likely to be innocent?

He is innocent until proven guilty under our system, Sir Prize, but the fact that he is a celebrity means facing a trial by public opinion, and given the police appetite for extended periods of arrest/bail, this becomes an extended court of public opinion. Not fair, not right.
But no, I do not think that her comments infer that she is necessarily lying about her statement as you seem to do - rather that, even if the courts found her testimony and what evidence there is uncompelling, she had no assets to make such an action worth taking.

.. my interpretation sirprize - I dont think that the comments mean anything - Karin Ward has been consistent about what she has said all along.
She's being real as in court it will be about who wins (jury decides) and they would both be open to the process. Re suing her personally - I am assuming that she hasn't anything and in any case that can be easily qualified. We'll see if he will. What I found odd is that he said he was suing before his outcome - I just think its odd..
By the way - I do think the delays must be hard for him and his family and it does seems unfair - no doubt his legal team can take this up and enquire into it.
