I recently hired a limo from a company claiming to be the number one limo hire in the country, and it arrived on time, but wasn't the hummer I had requested, and inside the speaker wasn't working correctly, wires were hanging from the roof, window tint was peeling off, and buttons were broken. But in our booking confirmation which states we were getting a hummer, there is also noted that we were getting 2 bottles of Bubbly. All that was in the vehicle was three decanters full of water. Coloured at that. When the driver was asked about the bubbly, he said it wasn't part of the booking. When I call to speak to the company I get fobbed off with "send an email to...." or "our manager will call you back". The email was sent, and have had no reply, and the manager has not called me back yet. What is my best way to handle this now?
