No, not that you pervs! LOL

I am after buying a new scarf for the winter and have my eye on a lambswool tartan one.
I have been known to suffer from slight itching around the neck area before with certain garments and was wondering if lambswool though soft may cause me some irritation?
I can't try it on as it'll be mail order, just wondered what people's experiences are on here with lambswool.

Thanks in advance for any answers/tips.

I've found that lambswool pullovers can be a bit "harsh".
You might be better off with Merino wool or cashmere, I can't wear lambswool because it is slightly prickly.
I am completely in agreement with Daffy, lambs wool drives me crackers!

I can only wear cashmere against my skin, not that I'm high maintenance or anything ;-)

M&S seems to do good deals on cashmere at Christmas time as does John Lewis.

Thank you all for the info, it is appreciated.
Think I'll pop along to M&S at the weekend and try a lambswool scarf around my neck and decide from there.
It does look rather fetching though....

Whichever scarf you buy I hope you tie it in the traditional way not the silly modern looped method.
