I Pod Speakers

Can anyone reccommend a sound system that I can connect an i pod to that belts out a decent sound? I have an i pod dock/speakers that is quite good but doesn't have the depth of sound that I hear when I play through my ear buds(does that make sense?).Would love to hear the same quality through speakers

For £50 I doubt you'll find anything that 'belts out a decent sound'... nothing better than the ipod dock you already have.

I've been looking for a decent sounding portable speaker system to use with ipod/smartphone/laptop and after a fair bit of research I've decided on Bose's bluetooth Soundlink Mini: its not cheap but good build quality and I couldn't believe the sound that came out of something so small.

Thanks for that snags.Will definitely go for that after Xmas.Quite a bit of money but will be well worth it for doing the job.Thought £50 might be OK cos only paid £20 for the dock,am totally useless at things like this so your advice is really appreciated. Thanks again.

Looking again, the Bose speaker only works with Bluetooth devices and the only iPods with Bluetooth are the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation iPod Touch so it may not be for you, unless you have other Bluetooth devices you play music on.
