Talktalk Emails

Friend of mine cannot get in to his emails if he puts the pointer over the inbox icon the hand symbol comes on but when he clicks it nothing happens any help. Thanks

i have talktalk broadband and phone so it doesn't cost me anything to ring up the tech support team. I occasionally have similar odd problems with emails - they usually say they are aware of the problem and give me a time when its expected to be put right. Which it usually is. In the meantime to get into emails has your friend tried mail2web.com?
