I`ve just got back from Texas. They have had shed loads of show which they are not used to. Not only can they not cope on the roads but three international airlines knackered their aircraft when landing on a runway due to inefficient ice clearance. There were quite a few abandoned vehicles on the highways. On the whole though, the US does tend to cope better than the UK
