What do you have living next door to you? You don't actually say. I don't know, but perhaps his "staring at the little kids" may, (or may not) be wholly innocent; or something that you imagine purely because you know his circumstances. But I'm sure your husband sets a good example to the very same kids by ranting and abusing this person in public.
I did actually say, if you had bothered to read "may, (or may not be) wholly innocent..". Since you didn't actually state what you had living next door to you, then I tried to remain open minded in my response.
It's funny that, when presented with a more liberal viewpoint, people on here always ask, indignantly, "do you have children !!!"
Still, zara, I would love to hear exactly how the police have such a significant say in 'letting them back into society" that they can't be trusted.
