Fudge Recipes.

I know, there's a wealth of info out there but want to know how's it's done with real people.

Got butter, caster sugar, vanillas extract, condensed milk, coco powder etc etc.

Also got a microwave and a sugar thermometer but i don't have a heavy base saucepan....just normal aluminium ones.

just want to make nice fudge.
