I have video downloaded from my Samsung camcorder, when I try to view them the picture keeps jumping and breaking up. This has only recently started to happen. Older downloads which used to play back perfectly are also affected. What could have changed, and how can I rectify it. Any suggestions - please make it simple.

There are several possibilities, such as a fault with your video card or a background program hogging your laptop's resources (so that your media player can't work properly). However in the first instance I'd simply try a different media player. Both of these are excellent: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html...
