Having recently bought a car with a Nokia car phone system fitted but less the phone itself , does that mean I have to buy that particular phone or is there an adaption kit I can buy to allow me to use my Siemans phone

You can either get the Nokia phone its meant for, or you can by an adapters for different Nokia phones only.
