Ryanair are doing a U-turn since their profits went south this year. You can expect better customer care and fewer insults from the boss next year. You'll get bookable seats (easyJet have already done this and it worked), lower prices for extras etc.

A shame we won't have Ryanair to kick around any more as an example of contempt for the customer.
