Dear Mr Pablo,
Thank you for your recent email regarding our Euthymol® toothpaste.
European Regulations and standards are continually evolving and as a result of the new European Cosmetics Regulation, many companies and raw material suppliers are required to update their documentation to meet the more detailed requirements. In some cases products and formulations may also need updating.
Johnson & Johnson Ltd, the makers of Euthymol, has temporarily stopped the supply of Euthymol toothpaste while the product is being reformulated. As a result, some consumers may find that product availability is limited at this time. The new formulation of Euthymol is expected to be available in the first half of 2014. We would like to reassure consumers that they can continue to use existing supplies of Euthymol. The current formulation is safe and has a long history of safe use.
Assuring you of our best attention.
Kind regards,

Hi everyone,
I am an independent pharmacist. Just to clarify i have been in touch with the largest wholesalers AAH and Unichem. Both were expecting deliveries this week but have failed to receive them and have no future date as to when they will be receiving them.
Also a johnson and johnson Rep was visiting me yesterday and she has confirmed the last stock has been distributed and the item is now discontinued. However like the email before it is safe to use but unfortunately another loved item has been discontinued again!!
Thanks

Pity it is being discontinued but I found this link when I was trying to find a contact email address for them to ask them to please use some decide packaging instead of the annoying metal they use (which I know has been used for decades) which splits and wont easily let you get last of paste out. That is only gripe I have, I love the toothpaste itself.
