Sad News

Just had a text from one of my best friends. Her son died peacefully this morning after a long battle. He was bi-polar and struggled all of his adult life as his way of coping was to turn to alcohol. Glad he is at peace now but it seems such a waste of a young talented man.

Such a cruel illness...I lost a friend to it many,many years ago. So sad.
