Do You Think I Can Hold Out?

On Wednesday of this week all of the shops will be closed. That's A WHOLE DAY without being able to go shopping. I repeat, A WHOLE DAY! How the hell can anyone be expected to last that long???

I've just checked my supplies for that day and found that I've got 24 bottles of beer, 6 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of port and a bottle of whiskey. Do you think that I can hold out with only such paltry supplies available to me?

Would that be the cat, Z-M, that's cost me £20 for her main Christmas present plus a small fortune in extra special cat food, cat treats, cat milk and cat toys?

If so, YES!

Fortunately she absolutely loves her main present, which I gave her a couple of day ago when I made space for it on my desk, so that she can now sleep alongside me in comfort:

Aaah, ya big softie ;-) where I went on holiday in September, one of the trip booking/ cash places had a biiiiig ginger muggy that slept in the 'in' tray on the lady's desk.

It was obviously a very intelligent cat, ZM, as it realised that whatever's in the 'In' tray needs attending to ;-)

Cats are already a vastly superior life form. If they ever learn to cooperate with each other, rather than fighting all the time, they'll quickly take over control of the planet!
