How Does Islam Deal With The Fact That The Human Body Generates Alcohol?

One of many links above. With the recent M&S fiasco and the general stance on alcohol I was wondering how Muslims deal with the alcohol their own bodies create.

Most muslims are fine with alcohol. I know many that drink alcohol. Muslim countries also have breweries and distilleries, employing people to make and sell it.
Even muslims that do abstain from consuming alchol themselves are quite relaxed about handling it and selling it.

The ultra strict ones who will not even touch a glass bottle are fortunately very rare.

Substances which are intoxicants are not prohibited as such, although their consumption is.

For example, alcohol can be used as a disinfectant or for cleaning, but not as a beverage/ wiki

As with all these ancient religious concoctions (Bible, Qu'oran etc) there are inconsistencies;

In Sura XLVII (Muhammed) Verse 15 - it states

"

The righteous are promised;

In it are rivers

Of water incorruptible;

Rivers of milk

Of which the taste

Never changes; rivers

Of wine, a joy

To those who drink;

And rivers of honey....."

It's alright as long as you don't want to buy any of it. They'll just refuse to sell it to you.

Although I do not agree with these people as if they do not want what their employer expects them to then they should find a job that does not require anything like that.

However Human body produces so many other things. What would you do about those?
