I've heard about the zero hours contract, but one vacancy I saw a few weeks ago offered something called an annual hours contract (I think)
Did a bit of on-line research, it just seems weird.
I wish more places would offer jobs with set hours and a set hourly rate, but I suppose each company does what is best for them.

Time I tootled, I've found out which bus I need to go to Asda and spend a Chrimbo pressie!!
